Extremely rude receptionist

Cons: Construction site right behind the hotel with extremely loud noise. Hotel should disclose this as temporary issue and adjust their prices. The Italian/Swiss receptionist lady was extremely rude when we requested money back. Management should train their receptionist as this is their first touch point to customers. We moved to the hotel Ambassador just around the corner for only +5% per night.

Conveniently located and charming boutique hotel.

Pros: Great location close to the lake and within walking distance to the old town. Welcoming.and useful staff. Nice rooftop terrace with beautiful view over the lake and town. Cons: No air conditioning in the room.
