Overall I had a great stay and enjoyed the spa and pool area a lot.
Pros: The breakfast is interesting — there is a small buffet with necessities for people on the run and then an extensive menu with special dishes to order. The entrance hall with contemporary art is truly memorable. The spa and pool was just so nice after a long day of walking in Vienna. Cons: There was a problem with a desk in the room which I missed and consider a standard at a 5 star hotel. I had to move rooms as the air conditioning did not work and it took a while to find an adequate replacement room. Luckily it faced the side of the hotel which is a lot more quiet than facing the main

Vienna is charming city and the Palais Almanac provided a perfect backdrop for a great stay.
Pros: lovely property, great location and the staff is simply wonderful. ...and do not miss the breakfast !! Cons: we had a slight issue with the parking when we arrived, but this was very efficiently handled by guest ralations manager Mr Amit Pal.

A wonderful stay with exceptional cleanliness, comfort, service, and a great location.
Pros: The cleanliness was exceptional, and the location was excellent. We especially loved the high ceilings and the spacious room. The service was outstanding, and all the staff were very professional, helpful, and welcoming. Cons: There was no rooftop restaurant, and the rooms did not have balconies.
