Front desk a bit disorganized at check in
Pros: Lobby good place for kids to hang out Cons: Wasn’t told that Ada room had beds very low to the ground which made my mobility issues more challenging. Asked for wake up call but no phone in the room. Asked for housekeeping but they didn’t come.

Great for business travel
Little older property but location is perfect. Staff is what makes the place, they’re awesome! From the bartenders to the front desk night folks. Went above/ beyond getting me to the airport early. Two nights before I left, I thought I had arranged my free 4:15 shuttle. I called the eve of and they had no record. Without hesitation Lele at the front desk pre ordered me an Uber for the morning, that showed up 5 min early. Excellent property, excellent staff, would and will stay here again.

He immediately listened and took decisive action to ensure any concerns I had were addressed and resolved.
