My stay at the Ambassador Residence was excellent. Loved the location and my room.
Pros: The staff were friendly, professional and very accommodating. I interacted with Maria, Demitra and Elias. There were all very helpful in meeting my needs from arranging taxis, to wake-up calls to helping me with my luggage. Cons: Would have loved a pool.
Unique view is worth the trip..
Pros: Exceptional location ... feels like being on a boat without seasickness! The staff is smiling and helps the clients. Cons: Dragging your suitcases to get to the hotel.....

Pros: The location, the lovely view from the room (pictures attached), the tasty and varied breakfast, the cleanliness, the service was great. Everything we asked for in the room they helped with immediately and brought to our room. They gave us recommendations on where to go and the whole stay was wonderful. The girls at the reception were lovely and very helpful. Demitra helped us a lot. Cons: There was nothing we didn't like. Great place.
Pros: Lovely ambiance. Centrally located at the edge of the old harbour. Within easy walking distance of boutiques and restaurants and everything the old town has to offer. Cons: Taxis are unable to park adjacent to the hotel building. Not ideal when arriving and departing with luggage.
Excellent accommodation, very clean, in an excellent location in the center of Chania's harbor and with a delicious breakfast.
