There were cockroaches, the room was dirty and smelled very bad.

I hate leaving a bad review for a motel unless it is earned - and this neighborhood motel is in very bad shape. Inside the room, the door was covered with graffiti; the dressers/cabinets all had missing nobs and were in disrepair; the bathtub was frighteningly dirty and the toilet wobbled; the bottom mattress to the bed (facing the wall) was chewed up (though I didn't see any other evidence of rodents in the room); lampshades were in very bad shape. The A/C worked fairly well (and it was nearly 100 degrees outside while I was there), and the bed sheets and towels were clean. The room wasn't

Gross. Property was covered in trash, construction I guess. Room was gross. Bathtub stained. No amenities. Upcharge. Bed had strange plastic base. Couldn't sleep. Left in a few hours. Do NOT recommend

This was one of the worst motel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was absolutely filthy — the floors were dirty, there were marks all over the walls, and burn marks on the TV. The AC unit was caked in dust and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. I found insects in the corners of the room, and the entire space had a strong, unpleasant odor — clearly a smoking room. The bathroom was disgusting and clearly not sanitized. One of the main lights wasn’t working, and the light fixture had been removed and was just sitting on top of the dresser with dust all over it.
