Cons: The hotel is good, but the service is bad. I brought my own coffee-making equipment, and it was taken from my room. I informed them of this, and they returned some pieces to me, but some were missing. الفندق جيد لكن الخدمة سيئة ، لقد جلبت معي مقدات خاصة لصنع القهوة وتم اخذها بذلك من الغرفة مع اعلمهم بذلك واعادو لي بعض القطع مع فقدان بعضها.

Pros: The hotel's location is amazing! It's right across from the lake—you simply must book a room with a lake view. The staff is wonderful, and the hotel's restaurant is truly impressive. Cons: The room's furniture is very old, the wood is scratched and poorly maintained, and the doors and wardrobes are hard to open. If the furniture were updated, I would give the hotel a score of 10.
