Pros: Clean and neat hotel with comfortable beds. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful, and they had Portugal's friendliest and most helpful driver Cons: Overpriced breakfast, we simply chose NOT to use the breakfast as it was not worth it.

Top location, friendly staff, free shuttle to and from OPO.
Pros: Free shuttle to the airport (round trip), very friendly staff, possibility for breakfast at 4 am (Express Buffet), very good location / Metro station nearby (about 8 minutes on foot). Cons: Cleanliness: Unfortunately, in my case, the floor in the bathroom was heavily soiled or sticky. Comfort: Room already a bit worn out, balcony door defective (loose screw...).
