Great stay for just sleep in/out
Cheap and clean. quiet on both sides.

I expected more in relation to the price paid
Pros: The only thing was the location with the train that took me to Narita airport Cons: The hotel smelled musty, probably because it was open, the rooms were not very clean, the ice machine was empty, and there was a shortage of glasses.
