Pros: The inside of the hotel is very clean, even when the front desk is busy, the staff responded promptly. There is a large communal bath, and I was able to relax in the bath after a long day of walking and relieve my fatigue ^_^ Cons: None

Pros: Onsen Spacious, Central location near Sugamo train station Cons: Not as clean as I would like. Was charged extra from the initial booking.
