Pros: When we arrived at the hotel, we were immediately approached about a government fee we hadn't known about. The receptionist was impatient about explaining it, so I had to look it up online to understand what it was; she had simply mentioned the fee and left the card machine sitting there. Fine. Later, when we went to our room, we noticed hair on the floor, in the toilet, and in the shower stall. I took a photo and went downstairs to inform the staff. There was a male receptionist on duty, and when I mentioned the hair in the room, he started shouting, saying that this wasn't a luxury or
