Appart Hotel Odalys City Paris Levallois

Had to change the room for there were holes in the window construction through which cold air blew into the room adding to the coldness inside. It is generally cold in the property as it totally relies on central heating which was not switched on in the city yet. The second room I was placed in was warmer and nicer - many thanks to the ladies at the front desk. They were very helpful and extremely polite and friendly. They tried to fix the problem with the wi-fi which was fixed eventually - many thanks for this as well. However, these things should be properly managed by the property managers

The staff (Francisca and the the gentleman who's name starts with an A were very helpful and pleasant. Really enjoyed speaking with them. Very nice room.only concern was the cost todo your laundry found it very expensive.

Room met my needs. A little noisy at night due to traffic but ok. Lots of businesses close by. Metro about 15 minute walk.

J'avais réservé 3 jours chambre grand lit.
