Very good, clean and welcoming with plenty of food of all kinds. Kind and helpful owner, truly excellent value for money

Naples is not a nice place, but Appartamento all'Arenaccia by Wonderful Italy is a wonderful place.

The apartment is really comfortable. The hosts made sure we felt comfortable. Everything necessary was provided down to the smallest detail (even baby diapers were left).

I recommend dealing with mold in the bathroom, improving soundproofing in the apartment, and more thorough cleaning.

Pros: Good location, only 15-20 minutes walk to the train station. There are several shops and good restaurants nearby. I really liked that the hosts left a fridge with various drinks and basic products such as eggs, bread, ham, cheese, butter, and even pasta. Cons: Very thin walls and complete lack of soundproofing - both in the windows and in the apartment overall. As a result, I couldn't get a good night's sleep at all during all 6 nights. Pros: We really felt at home as the apartment didn't lack anything. Cons: The welcome could have been better. There was an issue (traffic jam in Naples as it appeared) and our welcome agent could not make it on time. It was only upon arrival at the address that we got to know that. At least they could have informed us well before as we were in constant communication. After a 12-hour flight, we didn't expect to wait in the rain. Fortunately, after some SMS, the agent advised us to wait in the lobby. Finally, when the lady arrived, we tried to ask about the issue, but she spoke quite rudely to u

Pros: It's clean, spacious, and full of various amenities. We were greeted with a full fridge and table of food, pleasant contact with the person who escorted us to the apartment. The location is okay, close to shops and the train station. Cons: The elevator costs 10 cents, which is not much, but it's the first time I've seen that. The entrance doors to the building are very low. There is a somewhat unpleasant smell when entering the accommodation, but it quickly dissipates when the windows are opened.
