While we liked the hotel a lot, it seems the front check-in staff decided that even though we called ahead of time for r/t transfers to and from the airport, they were not going to oblige us. I was told that there are no transfers from the airport at 8:15 am to the hotel even though the website says there is. Finally on the morning of our departure we were told to be downstairs at 7:55 am to get our 8:00 am ride to the airport, when we got there, the same gentleman says we cannot go until 8:30 am. He also noted that we would be dropped off at terminal 2 only even though our flight was in term

Airport Shuttle

All stay was very good. The airport shuttle from the airport to the hotel did not arrive.
