Comfortable & Chill
Pros: The receptionists were always really nice. The check-in and check-out were fast and simple thanks to them. The bed and the room were really spacious. The bathroom was comfortable, and the room was well illuminated by natural light during the day. The area was perfect considering how near bus and tram stations are, along with many restaurants and grocery stores.

Cons: Upon check-in, instead of the booked two-room apartments (living room with a sofa + separate bedroom, 30 square meters in total), a one-room studio half the size was offered. Moreover, this studio is not even listed in the hotel description. All rooms are two-room apartments. This room is for the hotel staff, located next to the laundry and technical room. The hotel staff demanded an additional payment of over 200 euros for providing the room we booked (the cost of the apartment paid on the Booking website was 600 euros). Only after two hours of negotiations and calls to Booking support,
I will definitely return to this aparthotel. It was perfect for our needs.
Pros: Very spacious suite, as described, parking space near the hotel, with many restaurants around and very close to the exit to Ercyies ski resort.
Cons: The shower had waves of water, sometimes cold, sometimes hot. I think it was due to the scheduling of the suite's own central heating system.

Location is the only highlight
Pros: The location was convenient and well positioned. The shower had good water pressure and consistently hot water. Aside from these points, the overall experience is better explained in the “What didn’t you like” section.
Cons: The reception service was inconsistent. While two staff members were just doing the bare minimum, one of them was clearly rude, unhelpful, and seemed to be in a bad mood most of the time, which made it difficult to ask for any assistance. The accommodation had serious maintenance issues. There was a leak in the ceiling, with water constantly dripping, leaving the rug

Pros: Nice staff at the reception.
Cons: Bathroom was dirty, dust and hairs everywhere. It was a cold time at 12°C but no heating available. The kitchen is completely empty, no pots and dishes, no glasses. The bed was terrible, too soft and shaky.
