Excellent remedial action by the staff.

We had a couple of issues during our stay, which were dealt with efficiently and to our satisfaction.

Pros: Loved the location and the decor! The food was delicious especially the coconut yogurt! Cons: The beds were not that comfortable

A wonderful stay in a gorgeous hotel that really felt like a home away from home.

Pros: Our stay at Artsy Cascais was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is beautifully appointed, seamlessly blending old and new. Our room was full of natural light, very quiet and had probably the most comfortable bed in all of Portugal. The location is perfectly located within walking distance of all the things you might like to see and do in Cascais. The staff at Artsy Cascais also deserve a special mention. It was a special occasion for us while there and that was acknowledged with lovely extra touches that were so appreciated. It was however the most amazing and lovely Beatrice at the fro
