Globalement satisfaisant.
Pros: L’emplacement à 15 minutes de Biarritz Cons: Manque de prise dans la salle de bain, le personnel a ouvert la porte 3 fois dans la matinée alors qu’il était convenu que nous rendions la chambre à 13h30. Plus un appel où nous avons dû rapporté les changements de planning qui n’avait pas été fait entre les équipes. Nous sommes venus pour nous détendre et non nous préoccuper de ce qui pourrai nous déranger. La plupart du personnel reste pro est compétent. Nous attendions plus d’accueil et de service client. En globalité c’est un très bel hôtel, dans un thème agréable, emplacement parfait.

Il s'agissait d'une première fois dans cet établissement. Le personnel de réception est d'une grande gentillesse et d'un excellent professionnalisme. La chambre était spacieuse et très confortable. L'emplacement privilégié de l'hôtel en bord d'océan ajouté un peu plus de magie au séjour
