Pros: Staff were good Cons: Room i was given was 1st floor had to pay extra to go higher

Poor house keeping
Pros: Prices for the spa and view Cons: Bed sheets not changed, it was reported to reception and photos provided the main bed sheet and a towel had poo stains on it and heard nothing since. This is our first complaint there has been no follow up regarding our concern.

Great place to stay in Glenelg
Great place to stay. Close to the beach and shopping area. Great restaurants close by. Always stay here and will definitely be back.
