Disappointing & very regret booking with this hotel
Pros: the room is clean & neat. Cons: the customer service by their receptionists including their supervisor is very bad. I booked and paid for 3 rooms for 6 people (2 at each room). Some of us travelled late from Shanghai and need a good rest, our family friends met us at this hotel in which they also travel for more than an hour from their university to meet us there. They did not bring their passports but they have ecopies of their biodata on their phone. The hotel staff at the reception did not allow them to check in into their rooms without a passport.
