I had a great time

Pros: Wonderful terrace in a quiet area Cons: Details: the terrace, although wonderful, has abandoned and thirsty plants and pots, even though they are succulents, and the windows were not clean. Details that the peace I felt canceled out another problem: the bathroom was very hot, there must be something on the balcony. One last thing, the water from the bathroom sink is scalding, fortunately only from that sink.

Good location, but poor maintenance

Pros: The ocean view is beautiful, the terrace is spacious, and the bed is comfortable. Cons: The apartment is on the top floor, although the elevator stops one floor below. The apartment is rather worn and could benefit from renovation and (much) more cleaning. Some furniture and freezer shelves were broken, and the kitchen and bathroom are dated. The windows are dirty and the terrace also appeared neglected, with dead plants and cigarette butts left behind.

Pros: Terrazzo meraviglioso zona tranquilla Cons: Piccolezze il terrazzo pur essendo meraviglioso ha piante e vasi abbandonati e assetati anche se sono piante grasse e i vetri non erano puliti Piccolezze che la pace che ho provato hanno cancellato altro problema era il bagno caldissimo ci deve essere qualche cosa sul balconcino Ultima cosa l’acqua del lavandino del bagno è da ustione fortunatamente solo quella del lavandino
