Good location, but poor maintenance
Pros: The ocean view is beautiful, the terrace is spacious, and the bed is comfortable. Cons: The apartment is on the top floor, although the elevator stops one floor below. The apartment is rather worn and could benefit from renovation and (much) more cleaning. Some furniture and freezer shelves were broken, and the kitchen and bathroom are dated. The windows are dirty and the terrace also appeared neglected, with dead plants and cigarette butts left behind.

I had a great time
Pros: Wonderful terrace in a quiet area Cons: Details: the terrace, although wonderful, has abandoned and thirsty plants and pots, even though they are succulents, and the windows were not clean. Details that the peace I felt canceled out another problem: the bathroom was very hot, there must be something on the balcony. One last thing, the water from the bathroom sink is scalding, fortunately only from that sink.

Sunny Ostia
Pros: The accommodation is 200 m from the beach, 400 m from the train stop that goes directly to the center of Rome, beautiful view of the sea directly from the terrace, the terrace was spacious and sunny, the apartment was equipped above average, we did not feel that we were missing anything, when handing over the keys we met a father of accommodation provider who was very helpful and friendly, we will definitely be happy to come again next time. Cons: The shower was quite small and narrow, but we managed :-)
