Pros: The staff were exceptional, so kind and understanding. We had unforeseen delays in our journey which meant we got to the hotel after 2am. Rather than enforce the check out time the staff gave us as long as they could to rest until they needed to clean the room - couldn’t be more appreciative Cons: Nothing
