Rip off

Markets itself as a four star hotel, but this is really 3. The location means it can get away with it Service : front desk are efficient but cold as are the restaurant staff. Cleaning staff are slow and sloppy. Room: cold, peeling wallpaper and despite booking a superior room, it was two single beds pushed together with 2 duvets. Was like sleeping on an ironing board Breakfast: Boring and undress- I think many of the pastries are bought from yhr nearby Lidl. Dont add to your booking and save money V disappointing hotel and I would never stay here again.

GREAT HOTEL

We spent two nights at this wonderful hotel. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was very nice with plenty to choose from. The hotel was 3 min walk to the train station and 5 min walk to the Belvedere palace. The superior room was comfortable and clean and included a kettle with Tea and Coffee.

Spacious room, convenient location and walking distance to Carl Church and Belvedere Palace. Close to regional train station which can take you right to the airport. But there is no fridge in our room.
