Hard Working and Attentive Staff
Pros: The staff was exceptional. They made every extra effort to assist me when I needed help, and I needed a lot. Cons: Nothing.

L'albergo è molto bello ed il personale gentilissimo. Stanza ampia e pulitissima, metro a due passi e numerosi ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Super consigliato!

Good
Pros: The hotel got an extra deposit of RMB500 which it never paid me back. They claimed to send it to my account. It's over a month not and they have not! I did not appreciate the lack of honesty. Cons: They should either not collect the deposit at check-in or pay immediately at checking out.
