Good location, clean with good facilities. Parking a bit tricky but value for money.
Pros: Well supplied with great filter coffee, jam and biscuits. Good location even though out of the centre. Two comfy beds. A bit noisy at front but quiet at night. Permit parking 8am-6pm but managed with local on street parking and Lidl car park in day. Loved the secure key pad once we got the hang of it. Lidl was a very short walk and air conditioned (was 33 degrees in the day).
Cons: Bed in back bedroom a little hard. The bin overflowing in the back garden was a bit tricky to navigate but we were warned and fans would have been good as it was so hot.

Cons: It would be nice to have had a parking permit provided but that might not have been possible.

Lovely house, perfect for 3 on a week's work trip. Quiet, comfortable, clean, well equipped and great communication. Gorgeous big bathroom! Recommended.
