Great stay in Munich

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly. They also had a nice courtyard to rest in. It was also convenient to the train station. Cons: Check in was a little late, but they graciously stored our bags until check in.

Pros: The room was clean. Clean beds. Close to the main train station. 15 minutes of walk away from the city centre. Cons: The first receptionist who provided us with room keys was kind, hospitable and ready to answer questions. But the ones who followed the other day, pretended customers were not there, kept a conversation between themselves and when we asked questions were quite rude. The hotel area was dominated by Middle Eastern shop owners. The price of breakfast the hotel offered was above the average Munich hotel breakfast prices. So we did not take it. .

Nice hotel in a central location

Pros: The hotel is nice enough, the staff were friendly, and the room worked perfectly for us, but the location has pros and cons. It is very central and convenient for the main train station, hop on/hop off bus etc. Cons: Whilst very central, it is on a street which didn’t feel too great. It was busy enough, advertises having Police CCTV and is close to the junction with rail station, but we didn’t feel like we wanted to hang around that area. We walked 8-10 mins to nicer restaurants to eat
