B&B HOTEL Derby

Pros: Very clean and staff were friendly & attentive. Cons: The room was very cold and heating was not working. However, staff helpful and provided an electric heater. Unfortunately during our stay there was a fire alarm at around 3am. This was very disruptive as everyone had to evacuate the building and wait outside in the cold for around 30 minutes. Was later informed that someone had been smoking in the room. This is understandably out of the hotels control and could not be prevented but it did knock a few scores off.

pleasant but spartan accommodations.

Pros: Clean, quiet bedroom. Friendly, helpful staff. easy walking distance to many of the industrial park locations. Cons: no refrigerator, no real video capabilities or facilities other than TV shows from the 90's. Again, refrigerator.

Pros: Convenient location Cons: Had problems getting somebody to answer the phone in the morning on the arrival day so I could get an early check-in in. Did get a response in end & everything ok after that.

Lovely Hotel

Pros: Very clean and comfortable Cons: only 1 pillow per person.....nice to have the option if a person uses two.
