Way too expensive for the service
During a two-night stay, upon arrival in the room, the air conditioning is broken, the bathroom ventilation is also broken and full of mold, and the shower gel dispenser is empty. The next day, when passing by the room in the afternoon, it had not been cleaned, so no replenishment of shower gel either. After trying to contact the hotel in vain, I called hotels.com, who also couldn't reach them by phone after 10 minutes. Finally, I tried again with a number found after internet searches, and I reached the receptionist who asked me at what time I left the room in relation to the cleaning. I told
