Overall, everything is fine except that I had to run the water for 5 minutes to get hot water

Overall, everything is fine except that I had to run the water for 5 minutes to get hot water. I stayed on the ground floor and the door adjustments to the hallway or the one to the parking area need to be redone as they slam loudly and can be heard from the room

Poor soundproofing

Very noisy stay. Connecting room, slamming door, poor soundproofing, and housekeepers waking you up by knocking on your door
