Chose for location and very happy with that perk!!
Pros: Location!!! Two minute walk to the metro to get to all the important Rome sites. Alberto also offered to drive us to a great restaurant nearby AND pick us up. We really appreciated him going the extra mile. Cons: The hallway leading up to the apartment, but they are well aware of its needs and trying to work with the building people to get it improved—but it didn’t matter overall—just a quick pass-through to get to our room.

Very clean, comfortable and we were well received and welcomed. I recommend it.
Pros: Breakfast was satisfactory and location perfectly fine due to the proximity to the train station of Casal Bernocchi. Cons: Not applicable.
