Jenny and Simon were extremely welcoming offering local knowledge which added to a great stay on the Isle of Man.
Pros: We stayed in the Lake View suite which was very spacious and comfortable. Cons: Nothing.
Pros: This is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location, right next to Mooragh Park and within easy walking distance of Ramsey town centre with its shops and restaurants
Pros: This is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location, right next to Mooragh Park and within easy walking distance of Ramsey town centre with its shops and restaurants. The hotel is very tastefully decorated, with lots of character, and the rooms are large with scenic views. I especially enjoyed the very strong water pressure in the shower (something often lacking in hotels in the UK). Jenny, the owner, is lovely. She is very friendly, polite, professional, and served up the most awesome breakfast every morning - no chance of going hungry in this place! Jenny was also extremely gracious when l
Very pleasant and good location for our needs
Pros: Breakfast good. Room good with nice view. Cons: Slow filling toilet cistern but probably as the room was 3 floors up
Above & beyond
Pros: Jen & Simon were so helpful & went above & beyond for me (my mum was taken to hospital hence the reason for the stay) Breakfast was really nice. Having a living area plus bedroom & bathroom was an added luxury. Cons: Not much we didn’t like but if I had to think of something, shower doesn’t have a door on so the floor gets very wet, could do with an extra couple of bath mats if your stay is longer than one night. We were there in extreme heat so they may need to provide fans if global warming continues. This doesn’t put us off tho & we would definitely stay again.
