We enjoyed our stay and had so much fun at the pool. We appreciate the staff for being so accommodating and warm — from the concierge, to reception, to F&B, housekeeping, and all the way to the pool team. I am so grateful for the welcome treat they prepared for me. We stayed there to celebrate my birthday. Special thanks to the receptionist who checked us out for being so kind and understanding, and to the pool manager for accommodating our request.
