Nice hotel
Nice hotel. Located slightly outside the center but they offer a free shuttle service. Great! Also rented a scooter through the hotel. Nice pool and spacious room

Beautiful hotel
Pros: The hotel’s resort had a fabulous pool as well as in our villa. The hotel very kindly gave us a free upgrade to a deluxe 2 bed bungalow which was beautiful. It was very spacious. The hotel also offered free shuttle service at selected times to the town center which was very convenient. The hotel were very quick at responding to our messages when trying to book taxis. Cons: The property is located 5-10 mins driving from kuta town center so you need to take a taxi, it is not possible to walk. The taxi app is not in operation on the island so it is necessary to reserve a taxi with the hotel
