Pros: The price was very good for San Francisco/Oakland. Cons: Poor service. Had to ask for everything (WLAN, towels, toilet paper), no room service in three days, generally not a good area.
Save yourself a headache, don't give your business to this outfit!
Pros: nothing. Staff denied me access to the room Cons: I have never met a ruder staff member in all of my life, and I'm pretty well traveled at age 59.

Pros: I Did not like the property it’s basically where homeless people be It’s disgusting where the motel set at and people live there. When they advertise the property online it’s false advertising bc when you get there you like wat the hell is this. I was not happy. Cons: Where the location is and in fact that nothing look like wat I saw online
Pros: The mattress was comfortable and there’s AC and room was affordable Cons: The shampoo was actually body wash, towels were super tiny and thin, floors and baseboards were visibly dirty

The blanket was just a regular flat sheet and a thin curtain-like silky sheet. Found a bed bug so they moved our room
