Shocking & avoid the place
Pros: Nothing - we had to change our reservation there and thank god it was only for 1 night. After the guy at check-in had spoken to the reservations team I was told we would get a refund for the unused nights - I am still waiting!! Cons: The location is poor and facilities are even poorer. The room we were allocated did not have a marina view and had a strong smell of damp. I would not stay there ever again....

I really enjoyed my stay
Pros: Breakfast was good Cons: I find you could have gone to the table and made your own tea. I find there should have been a sign by the steps indicating if you are not dining, do not pass through.
