worst experience

Pros: worst experience i've ever had Cons: the staff was not helpful at all. very rude when issues were directed. i ended up leaving the first night there and booked somewhere else for the remainder of my days in denver . my family and i were sleeping at about 9pm after a day of traveling and were waken up by strangers entering our room. directed the issue to the front desk and i believe his name was elias was very rude and was no help and refused to connect me with a manager or someone that could help. in the morning when we went to breakfast i asked for a manager to speak to and the person

Probably won’t stay there again. Enjoyed Main Stay for a much lower price and room was way nicer.

Pros: Free parking, breakfast Cons: Dirty, pool was green, roach in room, broken dispensers, broken parts on furnace/cooler Shuttle bus late to pick up. Didn’t get good instructions from reception. Said bus was there every 30 minutes but not true. She didn’t tell us we needed to call to come to airport.

The staff was friendly, and the food was good and hot.

I was able to get into a room even at the last minute and at a great price.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. We had a bad experience.

Pros: It was close to the airport. Cons: There were so many things that we didn’t like. The staff at the reception were very rude. The room did not have the trash bin and on asking the guy at the reception told us to throw the garbage in the hallway. There was no soap in the bathroom. They said the soap is out and they can’t provide it. The WiFi was not working at all. The same guy said that WiFi is slow that and he cannot do anything about it.

Pros: Location was near airport Cons: It was dirty and run down. None of the side doors to the hotel work because all of the key pads were broken. We had to have our room key card rekeyed almost every time we came back to the toom. The light over the sink flickered the light in the bathroom was broken. All of the carpet, shower insert vanities were old and worn. All of the front desk staff was rude and dismissive. The clean staff was loud and couldn't careless that guests were using the hotel, cleaning carts parked in the middle of the hall, obstructive vacuming etc. The eating area was filth
