Everything was exceptional. The location was amazing very clean. Excellent customer service. The manager Kathy and her assistant Renee were very helpful even after they finish their shift. The property across the street from West Edmonton Mall.
Fabulous stay, well furnished room, huge beds the most comfortable we have ever slept in.
Pros: The breakfast was lovely, the only downside was the lack of hot vegetarian options. Other than that the selection was superb. My friend wanted hot milk to make her porridge and to the two ladies looking after the area, Prossy and Grace this was no problem. In fact they anticipated her need and were prepared with hot milk, as soon as they saw her. They went above and beyond in their service. Excellent place to stay close to the mall
Pros: Great hotel and excellent price-quality ration. Modern design, clean room, friendly personnel; good parking options around the hotel. We booked this hotel due to proximity to the mall and the cinema to watch Odyssey in IMAX and weren't disappointed. Cons: By no means hotel's fault but the area around didn't feel safe. Nothing bad happened but I wouldn't recommend going around at late night alone. There is a fast-food place nearby and some dodgy people there at all times.
