Close to Coney Island

Pros: Close to Coney Island and the subway. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and courteous. Housekeeping staff were very obliging. Wifi was patchy but ok. Cons: The trend of providing coffee and tea sachets, creamer, a stick to stir, and paper cups is a backward step. The ridiculous "coffee maker" is a crude development in the room facility service and would be better omitted. It seems to be a current trend in the USA. Otherwise no complaints except that the lighting of the room was quite poor. The area is rather industrial and the area around the hotel is rather forbidding
