Poor Service
The elevator was not working and I had to carry my bags up myself to my rooms. They have also neglected to respond to a concern about my deposit for nearly four months. Very poor service! They greatly inconvenience anyone who is using the hotel as a transit stop for international travel!
Not only was the water from the shower head going in ever direction because it was so gross from lack of cleaning, but there were 2 cockroaches found in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable, but since the bathroom was not clean I would have to question the cleanliness of the beds. I'm just glad this was a one night layover or I would have sought another place to sleep! I can't say too much for the staff as we only spoke with the front desk girl who was nice enough. Seriously, I'm not sure why this hotel has not be condemned. I have never stayed anywhere where there were bugs! Lesson learn
The property was in shape. The room was cleaing over all it look
Liked proximity to JFK airport. Would have liked two chairs instead of only one in room. Did not receive wake-up call as requested for 3:45 a.m.
No frills...just a place to sleep
It's a room. Nothing more. Nothing less. Definitely not worth what I paid for. If it's a bed, a bathroom, a desk and a tv you want...then this is your place. Not a lot of food options to choose from either. Like I said, it's a room.
