Best Western Plus Hotel at the Convention Center

Once remodeling is complete it will be a great place to stay.

Great Location, Mixed Experience

Pros: The location for attractions in Long Beach is very good. There are many restaurants and some shops in walking distance. The breakfast is good and the common areas are comfortable and well kept. Most of the staff was very friendly. Cons: The remodeled showers are a negative experience. This is the second time I've stayed here. The first time I had trouble turning it on I settled for a short, lukewarm shower. This time I called the front desk for advice. It's hard to turn on the shower and adjust the water temperature. The shower head was too high for me to adjust. One of the doors didn't

Hot construction mess

Pros: The bed was very soft and my lady liked the coffee maker during the breakfast time Cons: The floor we stayed on was currently under construction which led to no air conditioning in the hallways of the floor, also only 1 elevator .. The cheese in the cheese omelette was just weird

this is my go to for when I'm heading out on a cruise. It's a short ride to the terminals.

Pros: I love the breakfast room at this hotel! The choices, the coffee machine with everything from black coffee to latte selections is amazing! Cons: The pool is very small and four children fill it up pretty quickly. It's extremely humid and could use better ventilation.
