Best Western Plus Hotel Zürcherhof

Location was excellent

Great place to base yourself in to explore wider Zurich

Pros: Close to the station and old town. It was also quiet. Staff were very helpful. Great breakfast. The fruit and icy poles at reception were a nice bonus as was the complimentary water in the fridge. Cons: Nothing really except the towels are so small

Central location in Zurich

Pros: Great location near the main train station and in the old town with many restaurants and bars around. The included breakfast was comprehensive and staff friendly. Cons: The room and bathroom were very small. No AC and only a small fan.

Staff were friendly and helpful

Pros: Clean Cons: Noisy, a lot of construction work on the pavement outside the hotel, making it dangerous to walk

A convenient hotel located in old town

Pros: Well located in quieter section of old town, within walking distance 10 min from train station. Hotel provides free water, fruits and snacks at lobby all day. Breakfast was included and tasted good . Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Cons: No air con. The cooler device provided doesn’t work on warm days , and even with stand fan was still not enough to cool the room.
