Best Western Plus West Edmonton

Pros: The location was convenient, close to West Edmonton Mall, with several restaurants in nearby shopping plazas. We enjoyed the pool. Our room was clean, had all the listed amenities, and everything worked well. The staff were fine, but the service didn’t particularly stand out. Cons: Breakfast was our main disappointment. There were no fresh vegetables or cheese, and the selection was very different from what we’re used to in European three-star hotels. It seemed to be a typical North American breakfast, which wasn’t to our taste. If you’re visiting from Europe, don’t expect the same break

Excellent accommodations,especially with a pet, but could improve on breakfast.

Pros: It was clean, welcoming, and they had no issue with my dog at all. He be ake quite the attraction whenever we ventured out. They had a cute little dog park onsite too. It was very thoughtful and accommodating. Cons: I couldn't eat anything at the breakfast due to allergies. There wasn't a very good variety of food.

Average Accomodarion- No EV charger.

Pros: It was in a good location. The washroom was well spoiled and the runner duck was a fun touch. Cons: EV destination charger was advertised and I confirmed beforehand. Upon arrival the destination charger was broken and the worker was completely apathetic. No options or solutions to rectify the situation

Cons: 酒店在没有通知我的前提下，直接从我的银行账户扣费，在booking与之沟通下提出给我退款后，又再一次把退款取消，不知道是不是酒店经理故意而为之。所以大家不要入住这个酒店，住了酒店一定要核实自己的银行对账单。酒店经理完全不懂任何操作流程，非常不专业
