A real treat in a gorgeous location
Pros: Beautiful hotel and great restaurant. Gorgeous view across the river Cons: Nothing
Great stay and would love to return when next in the UK
Pros: Location and access to the Thames River. Bed was very comfortable and the rooms were clean and cosy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Cons: The view from our room of the Thames was restricted
Amazing venue, hotel and staff for my wedding!
We had our wedding at the Bingham Riverhouse in Richmond and it was the most incredible day / weekend of our lives! Laure our wedding planning was amazing throughout the whole process, especially as we planned our wedding at relatively short notice, the wedding package they offered meant that everything was easy to organise and knowing we had an amazing wedding planner supporting us made the whole experience so relaxing and enjoyable! The venue itself is stunning, walking down the aisle and seeing the river and the Bingham's gorgeous garden was one of my highlights, as well as the great food
Underwhelming
Underwhelming experience. Prior to my reservation I had received prompt communication with Bingham Riverhouse in the planning of afternoon tea for my senior mum. We were greeted well and sat promptly. I had specifically requested the bhutea afternoon tea which at £42 was expensive for very little. The customer service soon became non existent, we were left for long periods of time without anyone checking how we were doing of if more tea was required. We asked more than once for some extra plates and cutlery and our request was ignored. A large party soon appeared and staff were more atten
Stone Age TV
Bingham Riverhouse is suitable for a backpacker stay. There is little customer service and the biggest disappointment was the television from the 1990s that does not allow you to play Netflix etc. I found it particularly disturbing the staff lied and pretended they had a MAC cable to allow access from computer to TV . The staff on two shifts lied and pretended to be able to help. This is fine for a backpacker stay. Beyond that seek another hotel with customer service and televisions from the modern era.
