The property was not the place we booked.

Pros: Good location , very near local services including buses to town centre and Gunwharf Quay Cons: First off, this is a review of 258, not 260 as this was already occupied. It was quite embarrassing having the door opened by the occupant asking us why we were trying to gain access. 258n is not the property we booked and the facilities were not the same as 260. There was a shower over the bath , not an enclosure and the taps was not thermostatically controlled , so you either got very hot or very cold water. Pros: Le logement dispose d'un parking. Il était propre et confortable avec des équipements en suffisance et du café/thé à disposition. La communication avec les gérants est tres facile et rapide. Cons: Les lits doubles sont un peu petits pour 2. Le quartier est une zone commerciale donc pas des plus charmantes mais cela permet de faire des courses tres tres facilement, ce qu'on a apprécié finalement

Pros: Location! Cons: It was listed as 5* and probably only a 3! Bit disappointed that we’d payed for the whole property only to find certain rooms were locked!! Surely when you book accommodation you should receive what you’ve paid for regardless whether it’s used or not!!
