I thought it was good for the cost
Pros: The room was spacious, organized, clean, the check-in and check-out process was quick. The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly. Cons: You can hear absolutely everything, other guests, who are at the reception. There is significant traffic of trucks or heavy vehicles in the area. The nightstand lamp didn't work, they don't sell basic toiletries. You had to enter the shower to get soap from the dispenser.
It was very welcoming.
The room was very clean and organized, good breakfast and the people who work there are wonderful too.

Pros: Very spacious room and shower. Correct breakfast (fruit, eggs, and a drink) Cons: Location, unsafe neighborhood with few facilities around. There was no hand soap or shampoo.
