Pros: What I liked was the kindness of the lady who welcomed us to hand over the keys
Pros: What I liked was the kindness of the lady who welcomed us to hand over the keys. We returned in the early hours to the accommodation and forgot the keys at a friend's house, so we had to ring the bell and she opened the door very kindly, charming as well Cons: Unfortunately, I have to say things that I did not like and are not acceptable, such as having the check-in from 3 pm and not receiving any news until 5 pm, even after filing a complaint with customer service and calling several times. Then the floor tiles are loose and every step is noisy. A shame... especially the hostess's lack
