Great location, extraordinary quality and friendly staff.
Pros: Location at 10 min walk from Zürich HB and Bahnhoff Strasse. History of the hotel. Room, furniture and general infrastructure quality. Staff is super friendly and dedicated. Cons: Nothing negative to say.

Friendly, location, and breakfast.
Pros: Location to many restaurants and shops. Not far from the train station. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent and the lady in there was very helpful. The lounge where you could wait after you checked out was great. Cons: Every now and then there was a smell coming from the bathroom. Perhaps the drains need some maintenance.
