BreakFree on Broadway Sydney, an Accor Hotel

Wouldn’t stay here again, paid $1200 for 4 nights which felt like a scam, and would honestly use the money differently f

Pros: The rooms were clean and comfortable. But we received a room with no window, without the booking being clear about it Cons: Almost everything. The breakfast was a horror movie. Paid $25 pr person when booking each morning for the breakfast and is was nonexistent. Never enough, cold and less and less every morning. Don’t buy breakfast here, it is a scam.

Perfect location for all that Glebe, Ultimo, Newtown and Sydney Central has to offer without huge $$

Proximity to airport, public transport, shopping, cafe’s, restaurants, Sydney central locations and cinemas was excellent. Breakfast facilities an advantage for those short on time to explore local cafe’s Excellent housekeeping and on-site laundry facilities an advantage for the long term traveller.

Pros: Nothing. This should not be rated 4 stars Cons: No parking $85 for parking, Bad running water would turn hot then cold, No airconditioning, when asked to present my photo ID inspite of me showing all IDs crossreferencing w my bank account (my wallet was in the car and my husband was going around Sydney looking for parking) the front desk didnt accept it. The question I wanted to ask the employees too is - why do they work here? Doesn't this affect their personal branding as individuals to work in such a poor state of service. Hot and humid humid sleep

Pros: The location was great close to where I needed to be. The bed and bathroom was great quality. Cons: The air conditioning didn’t work, the room had no windows, the parking was garbage at best. The security was lacking on the fire egress stair doors. The access to the” parking lot” was via a junk room and dodgy door way that had no access back into the hotel after you had walked through it which requires walking all the way round the the block to re-access the hotel. The access into the shower was impeded by the shower door that i think was installed to swing the wrong way…
