Terrible

Pros: Beds were clean and the property looked nice Cons: Hair in the sofas so shows it hasn't been cleaned. The bed were fine but no hot water to shower with. Contacting them was a hassle and we had to wait over an hour for the maintenance guy to show up who didn't show up. We had to drive all the way back to Manchester shower and get ready for the wedding and drive back to Bradford for the wedding. Service is always delayed and no response from the property manager for over 3 weeks. I had to contact Booking.com directly to rectify this. Still not sorted and taking ages to process a refund on

Pros: Very Spaces and ideal location Cons: Hot water had to keep pressing the boost button to get the hot water. Suggestion to put a notice how to heat the water. The ensuite bathroom couldn't get the hot water to work.
