Great stay. We will come back again.

Pros: Proximity to attractions. Cons: Check in process was a little bit confusing but after texting management they were able to guide us through.

Pros: Il caffè e la colazione, hanno un dispositivo al piano molto comodo se lavori e vai di corsa (non la classica colazione). Cons: Il PC per fare il check è spesso lento al punto di dover digitare una lettera alla volta aspettando secondi. In più ho chiesto infinite volte la fattura, sul sito non c'è modo e qui su booking vengo costantemente ignorato dalla struttura... se fate viaggi di lavoro evitate questa struttura.

Pros: Nothing, this hotel was truly awful Cons: - self check in - my colleague and I booked 2 rooms under my name and when we tried to check in at the machine, first of all, it was glitching, secondly it only showed that we booked one room! The key card was not working when we loaded it and everyone in the queue with us had some kind of an issue with the reservation. We ended up calling customer services who then loaded the cards for us via a ring camera and a machine on a different floor and resolved the issue with the 2nd room.
