Pros: The cleaning staff in the lobby and on the third floor (handled appropriately, polite and attentive) and the front desk staff on the morning of 7/22 (friendly attitude) Cons: The front desk staff on duty on 7/16 (around 22:30) and the evening of 7/21 had extremely poor attitude and lacked service spirit
