Clean, close to airport, everything we needed.

Pros: Brian at the front desk was kind, efficient and helpful. Cons: We wanted close to the airport and this is close. The airplane traffic was loud.

Pros: The staff was friendly and professional. The facilities were clean and definitely upscale. My stay was a last minute trip but I have found for forever stay any time I am in Nashville. Thank you staff for an amazing stay!! Exceeded expectations!! Cons: No dislikes to be had.

Short drive into town, value is fair except parking, pretty rooms/lobby, not a restful stay.

Pros: Staff was friendly, accommodations were very pretty and high tech Cons: Loud jet engines overhead due to proximity to the airport (understandable, and can’t really be helped… also can’t complain too much because the price was good). Shameful that guests are made to pay for parking, though. Also the biggest hiccup during our stay was a tremendously loud group of guests that caused a commotion into the early morning hours. After begging the staff at the front desk multiple times to handle the situation, it finally resolved itself but just as my kids were FINALLY able to fall asleep after t

We always stay here the night before we travel. It’s clean and convenient.

Pros: It’s clean, quiet and convenient. Cons: When we left to go to the airport to catch an early flight there were 2 people sleeping in the lobby on sofas. I thought that was odd and not very professional. I’m not sure what the situation was.
